We ship all over the EU. If you live outside these zones and would like to order a lamp, please get in touch at email@example.com
There is a flat rate of €10 for any purchase in France, and €15 from all other countries in the EU
You should receive your order in 4–7 business days
Can I track my package?
Yes. We will send you the tracking number in your dispatch confirmation.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, all our lamps come with a one-year warranty!
If you purchased your lamp from our site and you’ve changed your mind, you have 30 days to return it to us. The lamp should be new, unused and should show no signs of wear. It should also contain all original undamaged packaging.
Once your return is accepted, we will issue a return number then we will issue a refund – minus the original shipping cost – to the method of payment you originally paid with.
Defects and damages
When you receive your lamp, we recommend that you check its condition. If you detect a fault or defect, please let us know within 24 hours by email at firstname.lastname@example.org If the defect is visible please send us a photo.
