Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery address.

ZONE 1: €9 (3-5 days delivery)

ZONE 2: €12  (4-6 days delivery)

Switzerland, Chen Republic, Denmark, Lichtenstein, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia


ZONE 3: €25 (4-7 days delivery)

Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden


ZONE 4: €50 (4-7 days delivery)

Cyprus, Malta, Turkey

 

Delivery time

Lamps are delivered by courrier and this usually takes between 4-7 business days. Spare parts are sent by postal service and this usually takes 7-10 business days.

 

Can I track my package?

Lamps sent by courrier can be tracked. Spare parts sent by postal service do not have tracking numbers.

 

Is there a warranty?

Yes, all our products come with a two-year warranty which covers against defects in the material and the finishing of the product in accordance with it’s maintenance and usage instructions.

 

Returns policy

If you purchased your lamp from our site and you’ve changed your mind, you have 30 days to return it to us. The lamp should be new, unused and should show no signs of wear. It should also contain all original undamaged packaging.

Once your return is accepted, we will issue a return number then we will issue a refund – minus the original shipping cost.

 

Defects and damages

When you receive your lamp, we recommend that you check its condition. If you detect a fault or defect, please let us know within 24 hours by email at customerservice@goodnightlight.fr If the defect is visible please send us a photo.

 

Replacement of LED lighting source

Our lamps do not contain bulbs. We use high-quality custom-made LED circuits.

In the unfortunate event that your light should stop working, it can be replaced with a lighting kit. Please see the procedure below :

Your lamp is still under the two-year warranty, please contact us by email with a copy of your receipt, the plug type (EU or UK), your address and phone number for delivery.
Your lamp was purchased more than two years ago and is no longer under warranty, you can buy a spare part right here on our site.

 

Damage caused by misuse

Damage caused by accidents, negligence, abusive use or misuse, commercial use and/or changes to the product by the consumer is excluded from this warranty.
